Terms & Conditions

By making a booking for a stay at Sekeping Serendah you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before you proceed with your booking.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All cancellation requests must be made via EMAIL (serendah@sekeping.com).
  2. A penalty equal to 20% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in more than 14 days prior to check-in date (additional 6% for payment using Paypal or credit card plus any charges for international transfer).
  3. A penalty equal to 50% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in less than 14 days prior to check-in date.
  4. No refund of down payment for cancellation request made in less than 14 days prior to check-in date.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY

  1. All change of date requests must be made via EMAIL (serendah@sekeping.com).
  2. A penalty equal to 20% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in more than 14 days prior to check-in date.
  3. A penalty equal to 50% of your total booking rates will be charged for all requests made in less than 14 days prior to check-in date.
  4. All change of date requests are subject to availability.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. Sekeping Serendah do not accept any liability for failure to provide the service contracted or any of them due to circumstances beyond our control.
  2. Sekeping Serendah is not in a position to guarantee Guest’s safety against events including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, death, acts or defaults caused by third parties, acts of God, flood, theft or even acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and Sekeping Serendah will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any activities or services booked through this website.
  3. All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk. Sekeping Serendah will not be responsible for theft or damage of the vehicle or any of its contents.
  4. Sekeping Serendah will not be responsible for loss or damage of property left in Guest’s room and/or the Sekeping Serendah property during Guest’s stay. Guests are advised to obtain insurance to cover curtailment, and loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries and money/valuable belongings.

PET POLICY

  1. Maximum 2 pets are allowed per shed EXCEPT for Mud Sheds (strictly not allowed).
  2. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool and on the beds. Please do not use the kitchen sets provided to feed your pets - kindly bring along your pet's own feeding sets. Please pick up after your pet.
  3. We require pets to be under supervision at all times and not to be left unattended in the shed. Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests' comfort.
  4. Sekeping Serendah will not be responsible for any mishap, injury, accident, death, etc. of your pets in the retreat.
  5. Kindly indicate how many pet(s) you are bringing in the Special request/queries field in the booking form.
