Terms and Conditions

• Check-in is from 3pm onwards, and check-out must be completed by 12 noon.
• Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 guests.
• Rates are nett and apply exclusively to accommodation.
• Children aged 5 years and above will be charged the adult rate.
• Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms (designated smoking areas are available outside).
• Please switch off lights and air conditioning when leaving the room.
• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• A RM50 fee will be charged for lost keys.
• Meals are not included in the room rates.
• Viewings are by appointment only, available Monday to Thursday between 12pm and 2pm.
• Parties and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Sekeping Seksan shall not be liable for any failure to provide the contracted services due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Sekeping Seksan cannot guarantee the safety of guests against incidents including, but not limited to, accidents, personal injury, death, acts or omissions of third parties, acts of God, floods, theft, or negligence. Guests acknowledge that all activities carry inherent risks to health and safety, and Sekeping Seksan shall not be held responsible for any such risks related to activities or services booked through this website.
• All vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. Sekeping Seksan shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or their contents while on the property.
• Sekeping Seksan shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of property left in the guest's room or elsewhere on Sekeping Seksan premises during their stay. Guests are strongly advised to secure insurance coverage for curtailment, loss of luggage, personal effects, damages, personal injuries, and valuable belongings.
