What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 12 noon.

Any additional charges for children accompanying parents?
Children aged 0–4 years may stay for free, sharing the bed with a parent. Full charges apply for children aged 5 years and above.

Can I leave my luggage in the house after I check out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage with our caretaker after check-out until the end of the day.

Is there a curfew?
No, there is no curfew. Please contact us if your check-in time is later than 10pm.

Can I recce the room/house before booking?
Yes, please make an appointment for the recce.

What kitchen utensils does the kitchen have?
The kitchen is equipped with cookware for cooking instant noodles and making packet coffee only.

Can we check in to the chalet after midnight?
Check-in time is only until 10pm. Please indicate your arrival time in your reservation form (under Special request field).

Can we have a BBQ? Can we organize a party?
BBQs and parties are not allowed as we are located in a residential area.

Is this place wheelchair friendly? Do you provide a baby cot?
We do not have wheelchair facilities. No, we do not provide a baby cot.

Any special discount for government servants?
No.

Can we have more than the limit number of people staying in the respective rooms?
We cannot accommodate more than the limit number of people in the rooms.

Can we change or cancel the booking after confirmation?
Yes, policies are as follows:

Cancellation policy:
Booking cancellation requests via email must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled check-in date. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking rate will apply, along with an additional 6% for PayPal/credit card payments or applicable transfer charges for international transactions. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made less than fourteen (14) days before the check-in date.

Change of date policy:
Change of date requests via email must be made at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled check-in date. A 20% administrative fee, based on the total booking rate, will apply. For requests made less than fourteen (14) days prior to check-in, a 50% administrative fee will be charged. All date changes are subject to availability.
